  • We will be meeting at 6 a.m. on Friday morning to begin loading the bus. We will leave out at 6:30 a.m. so don’t be late.
  • If you have not paid the remaining cost for Winterfest. Please bring that on Friday morning.
  • Here is a link to the weather for the weekend. Don’t forget to pack accordingly. It’s going to be cold and wet:    http://www.weather.com/outlook/recreation/golf/weekend/USTN0196
  • Since there is a chance of rain Saturday and Sunday, you may want to bring a raincoat or umbrella. We will have to walk 0.7 of a mile to the convention center, so be prepared!!!
  • Don’t forget all your toiletries and warm clothes. We will have towels in the room but you may want to bring an extra towel since they will not be cleaning our rooms during our stay.
  • You will be responsible for 5 meals during the weekend.  $50 should be plenty for all of your meals but you may want to bring extra for shopping and extra snacks.
  • There will be community drinks (water and juice) and breakfast items but you may want to bring your own snacks and drinks (bottled) that you like.
  • Everyone must have a buddy when walking around in Gatlinburg (this includes the Sr. High kids.)
  • Please be ready on time for departing to the convention center from the condo. We will be going as a group. I will advise you on the schedule when we get there.
  • Make sure to bring a good attitude. This weekend is about growing closer to God and each other. Put this first and everything else will be fine. And remember just because I may say no, it doesn’t mean I don’t love you ;)

Bus Rules

  • All Drinks must have a screw on lid
  • All Trash must be picked up before exited the bus in Gatlinburg and the church
  • All items must be taken with you when we depart the bus upon arrival in Gatlinburg.
  • You will be notified of amount of time you have at the rest stops along the way. Please be back at the bus on time.
  • Remember be respectful to those sleeping. Keep it down!

Let’s pray for an amazing weekend and a safe trip,

-Greg A.
